Napatitlan

A new Facebook page was born July 7, 2015, Napatitlan, which explains itself through its posts, which are also shared on Instagram and Twitter, and increasingly finding their way into the local vernacular.   One writer shares:

“Napalerismo promotes the right and duty of Napaleras, Napaleros, and Napalerxs to organize and to create narratives; the right to individual and collective self-determination, self-expression, and self-affirmation. We can create the moments and spaces to define and redifine who we are, what our stories are, and who we will become. This image (below) is a moment in an art space in downtown Napa where many Napalerx artists expressed their narratives in their own terms and styles to their own people and to the community at large, organized by their own efforts. Self-determination is important in this collective, global human experience. ‪#‎Napalerismo‬‪#‎napatitlan‬ ‪#‎napavalley‬ ‪#‎ournapa‬ ‪#‎napatista‬
